What we offer

Achieve target of customer service level
Handle customer inquiry and process customer order in SAP
Monitor delivery and support customer request for deliveries
Issue E-Billing invoice and packing list to send customer
Manage the open order list and back orders for customers and sales team

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree
Fresh graduate or 1 year work experience
Knowledge of SAP operation preferred
Basic English writing and speaking skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented and driven to succeed
Good interpersonal and communication skills
